Greetings! Tonight Yoga was transforming. I felt more like the beginner that I am than some being that has practiced the art for years previous. Dave was a beautiful instructor, who led this flow class in a direct yet simple manner. No pressure, no arrogance, just loving encouragement. And I have to say that it was one of the most intense classes I have ever taken. I bled water like a river.
But there is more to it than just the class. I found some stuff that I have been holding onto for a long time, and it got the opportunity to release should i let it. Let me tell you........I LET IT. I have been crying for almost an hour. Tears of Gratitude for my life and the lives of everyone I know formally and the rest of our big beautiful world!
The love for AWAKE and this life is so strong. All of you, who send me emails and light up my life are so appreciated. I want you to know it....and really know it.
