So Rob and I just had a conversation and he is quitting the project! It is weird because neither of us feel upset or bad about this experience, he is just not happy. He doesn't feel appreciated the way he needs to and I guess I don't know how to appreciate him the way he needs it. It is a little sad, but I am sure my friend will be okay and do really well in his life. I love you Rob and always will.
